Today, AMI Exchangers, along with their parent company DMI Group would like to announce the sale of Applied Cooling Technology LLC (ACT) located in Fort Myers, Florida. We wish ACT’s new owners – Vestas AS – the very best for the future.
For almost a decade, ACT have proved to be a valuable asset to the group, and primarily we would like to place on record our thanks to ACT and their team for their hard work and dedication to running the business over the past 10 years, at times under turbulent market conditions.
We would also like to acknowledge the management team at Vestas AS and thank them for their professionalism and integrity during the process of acquisition. We look forward to continuing our working relationship in future.
